He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Veritz and Pauline Trulik Veritz. He is survived by: his wife Karen J. Weisner; his daughter Nichole Frick (Jason); his grandson Waylon (Matthew); and his sisters, Paula Johnson and Nancy Cowan. He is also survived by four nieces and a nephew.
