The passing of Salley Jane Pierce of Clinton Township, Michigan leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 12, 2025 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Pierce and Julia Pierce (Burroughs). She is survived by: her friend Salley; her sisters, Vernita Burrows, Deanna Pierce and Norann Buckland (Al); her niece Leigh Ruffner (Jim); her great-nephew David; her great-nieces, Sarah and Lilly; her nephew Todd Burrows (Christina); her great-nephew Benjamin; and her nephew Rob Buckland (Carolyn). She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Mohnke Janowicz Funeral Home (128 S Warren Ave, Big Rapids, MI 49307). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
