With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert A. Outer Sr. of Clinton Township, Michigan, born in Sussex, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 7, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Outer and Jennie Outer (Bailey); his wife Anna Outer (Rangel); his son John Outer; and his brothers, George and Donald Outer.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Outer Jr. (Cathy), Raymond Outer, Pamela Outer and Jennifer France (Tom); his grandchildren, Robert, Christina, Anthony, Emilie and Olivia; and his sister Brenda Benson. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to any local humane society or animal shelter of your choice.
