With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michele Lombardo (Clinton Township, Michigan), who passed away on February 10, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Lombardo and Maria Lombardo; and his siblings, Ida, Anna and Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Joan "Jo"; his children, Debra Safian (James), Michael Lombardo (Christine), Daniel Lombardo (Donna) and Kenneth Lombardo (Julie); his grandchildren, Matthew Lombardo, James Safian (Noela), Joseph Safian, Lana Smith, Nicholas Lombardo, Chad Lombardo, Lindsey Lombardo and Paige Lombardo; his great grandchildren, Eric, Oliver, Octavia and Elise; and his sister Dolores Petrone.
The lying in state was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Paul of Tarsus Catholic Church (41300 Romeo Plank Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48038). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the Capuchins, honoring Mike's spirit of giving and compassion.
