He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Moore; his son Mitchell; his mother Patricia "Gale" Moore; his brother Larry Moore (Karen); his nephews, Stephen Moore (Alexandra) and Joshua Kraus; his niece Kathryn Charbonneau (Andrew); his parents-in-law, Patty, Rodger James, Forest and Dawn Kraus; and his brother-in-law Chip Kraus (Amy). He is also survived by several step siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
