He is survived by: his significant other Katie McKay; his son Tanner Patrick Israel; his stepson Devin Jones; his mother Jennell Israel; his sisters, Alayzia Haney, Britney Goodman and Kasey Clarkson; his grandparents, Alan, Eleanor Israel, Denise Zizzo and Luther Goodman; his aunt Christina Strickland (Wes); his uncle Steve Goodman (Julie); and his pet Ace. He is also survived by several cousins, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family for Tanner and Devin's college education.
