He is survived by: his sister Ruth Gallagher; his sister-in-law Arlene Breiling; his nieces and nephews, Vicki Miglio (Gary), Mark Gallagher (Patty), Michael Gallagher (Lidia), Kurt Breiling, Heidi Batley and Mauri VanWalleghem (Bev); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tom Gallagher (Kate), Jonathan Gallagher, Chelsea Hughes (Nick), Steven Gallagher, Kai Batley, Kyra Batley, Kristof Anetta, Jeremy Marko (Pennie) and Josh Marko.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the State St. Peter Catholic Church (95 Market St, Mt Clemens, MI 48043). A Mass was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (95 Market St, Mt Clemens, MI 48043). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Fernhill Country Club (17600 Clinton River Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48038).
In lieu of flowers contribution may be addressed to Veterans Tunnel to Towers or Capuchin Soup Kitchen in Detroit.
