He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Sara Kubisz (Jason Davis) and Jonathan Kubisz; and his siblings, Michael (Kathy), Marcel (Connie), Kristine (Kenny) and John (Dee). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
