She was predeceased by: her father Bernard Chase. She is survived by: her mother Karen Chase (Bradley); her husband John Morris; her children, Christopher Berry, Dakota Berry and Jack Morris; and her siblings, Scott Chase (Judi) and Lori Chase. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
