She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Comadoll and Jean Comadoll (Weindt); and her brothers, Jim and Bobby Comadoll. She is survived by: her husband Hal Forward; her sons, Sean Forward (Stacie), Kevin Forward (Amanda) and Mark Forward (Suzann Foerster); her grandchildren, Taylor Forward (Tyler Mitchell), Samantha Braithwaite, Dylan Forward, Brooke Gillum, Dallas Gillum (Brittany), Chareity Forward (Conner Enderud), Dahkota Forward, Brooke Forward, Zackary Forward and Izabel Forward; and her great grandchildren, Kaleb, Ryder, Ainsley, Alivia and Ny'Leah.
