He was predeceased by: his parents, George Benjamin and Naomi Mariam Hoover (Snoke); and his brother Rollin Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Wilma L. Carpenter; and his children, Felix Hoover (Becky Pedersen), Marilyn Leggett and Dennis Hoover (Charity).
