He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Proctor and Ethel Proctor (Dukhuizen); and his siblings, Gayle and Clifford. He is survived by: his wife Karen Chappel; his children, Walter Proctor Jr., Thomas Proctor (Bridgette), Steven Proctor (Kelly), Phillip Perry (Deb), Kimberly Copeland (Curt), Christine Proctor (Mike) and Todd Proctor (Debbie); and his siblings, Marie Wilcox, John "Jack" Proctor (Betty) and Orvella "Jo" Eldridge. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
