He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Welch and Mary Welch (Upleger); his wife Barb; and his siblings, Calvin, Jim, Larry, Norm, Irene, Hazel Clara and Margaret.
He is survived by: his former wife Barbara O'Neill; and his siblings, Sandy Roscoe, Clarence Welch and Archie Welch. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the North Branch Emergency Aid/Thrift Shop.
