She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Chappel and Bernice Chappel; her husband Walter Proctor Sr.; and her siblings, Harold Chappel, Ray Chappel and May Gorsline.

She is survived by: her children, Walter "Rock" Proctor Jr., Thomas Proctor (Bridgette), Steven Proctor (Kelly), Phillip Perry, Kimberly Copeland (Curt), Christine Proctor (Mike) and Todd Proctor (Debbie). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks to make a memorial donation in her honor to Residential Hospice or United Hospice Services.
