He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Polishuk. He is survived by: his children, Emily Hinson (Rob), Ethan Polishuk (Alyssa), Scott Stanke (Melissa), Matt Stanke (Lindsey), Jana Keeley, Whitney Arntz and Russell Arntz (Shannon); his grandchildren, Abigail and Logan; his siblings, Andrea Griffis (Mike) and Perry Polishuk (Dawn); and his nieces and nephews, Todd, James, Marissa and Jessica.
