She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ira Simpson and Thelma Simpson (Foltz); her former husband Robert Gritzmaker; her husband Donald M. Phillips; her children, David Gritzmaker (Angela) of Clayton, Ted Gritzmaker (Maxine) of Clayton, Bob Gritzmaker (Sandra) of Clayton, Deb Emmons of Morenci and Diane Morgan (Bill) of Hudson; and her sisters, Edith Schrock of Elkhart and Lavina Nunez of Adrian. She was also cherished by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Church of the Nazarene.
