She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Alverson and Mary Alverson (Fitzpatrick); her husband Everett Johnson; her daughter Cathy Sue Johnson; her parents-in-law, Hurshel and Helen Johnson; her sister Carole McCafferty; her son-in-law DuWayne Goodlock; her brother-in-law David Lenz; and her nephew Randy Rauth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Fox (Greg), Cynthia Johnson and Nancy Goodlock; her siblings, Ed Alverson (Becky) and Sue Lenz; her siblings-in-law, Dennis McCafferty and Betty Scott (Forest); her grandchildren, Bambi Fox, Beth McCormley (Regis), Amanda DeCaire (Ryan), Patricia Fox, Mary Fox, Cathy Hackett (Joe), Jessica Ross (Aaron), Joshua Goodlock and Jacob Goodlock (Yvonne); and her great grandchildren, Everett, Alex, Bailee, Brooklynn, Ian, Mathew, Holland, Max, Bella, Ryan, Gabriella, Garrett, Alyvia, Vyvian, Evangeline, Chevy, Cheyanne, Tenley and Dalton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kay's name to Sacred Heart Church or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
