He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman H. Jacobs and Evelyn A. Jacobs (Nieman); and his brothers, Gary and Elwood Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Sword; his children, Chuck Jacobs (Sue) of Hudson and Cindy Anderson (Mark) of Clayton; his siblings, Carl Jacobs (Linda) of Adrian, Lynette Merillat (Richard) of Naples and Linda Burack (Don) of Adrian; his sisters-in-law, Jeaneen Jacobs of Owosso and Linda Jacobs of Saline, MI; his grandchildren, Heidi, Joshua, Brittany and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Coltin, Nathanael, Henley and Isaiah.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and social distancing restrictions, only a limited number of individuals will be allowed in the chapel at a time and masks are required.
