She was predeceased by: her brother Frank Thorpe (Jean); and her son-in-law P. J. Buriak. She is survived by: her child Luke J. Rappa; her sister Kay Brogan; her children, Mark A. Rappa (Pam), Greg D. Rappa (Stacy) of Algonac and Mary Buriak of Plano Texas; her grandchildren, Sara Rappa, Luke Rappa, Nicole Sims (Chris) and Brad Evon; and also Julie Brogan of Plainfield, Vermont. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and many other nieces and nephews.
