She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Yock and Charlotte Yock; her husband Lloyd Keeler; her granddaughter Becky; and her brother Richard J. Yock.
She is survived by: her children, Walter G. Elsey IV (Peggy), Anthony R. Elsey, Timothy Elsey (Connie), Cindy Gouin (late Mike), Cheryl Keeler, Ricky Keeler (Kris), Rusty Keeler, Lori Radatz (Bob) and Ronald Keeler; her grandchildren, Marcus, Alyssa, Jacob, Jessica, Michelle, Cathy, Phillip, Brandy, Erica, Amanda, Kristina, Sabrina, Robbie, Bonnie, Kyle and Justin; and her pet Devin. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the wishes of the family.
