He is survived by: his wife Julia; his daughters, Katie Marlene, Melissa Hope, Amanda Faith and Kayla Paige; his grandchildren, Jacob, Ashley, Katelyn and Audrey; his sisters, Claudia Lee (Bob Lee) and Lori King; and his in-laws, Kathy Rock and Johnny Shirkey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
