He was predeceased by: his grandparents, R. W. and Viola Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Fette; his children, Serenity and Jeffrey Jr.; his stepchildren, Brittany Short and Jersey Jacob; his mother Cheryl Fette (late Alvin); his aunts, Rebecca Bida and Pamela Henke; his parents-in-law, Coleen and George Lasky; and his sisters-in-law, Brandy and Sandy.
