He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Lapham and Olieva Lapham (Beachard). He is survived by: his wife Melissa Lawson; his children, Terra Chamberlin, David Lapham Jr., Shannon Lapham and Beth Abernathy (Darin); and his siblings, Darlene Snay (Lyle), Alan Lapham (Angie) and John Lapham. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
