He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Polito and Florence Polito; and his brother Joe Polito. He is survived by: his wife Dulcie Polito; his sons, Chuck Polito (Laura) and Joe Polito (Holly); his grandchildren, Joey, Addie, Maxx and Vive; and his brothers, Dave Polito and Anthony Polito. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
