He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pare and Dorothy Mae Hanlon (Nick); and his siblings, Mary Kate and Robert "Bobby" Pare. He is survived by: his wife Teri Lee; his children, Leon Johnson (Shasta Goodrich), Heather Karres (Jon) and Stephen Pare (Melinda); his grandchildren, Rose, Michael, Stephen, Stella, Dahlia and Penelope; and his brother William "Bill" Pare.
