He was predeceased by: his parents, Pebble Isaacs and Irene Wallace Isaacs; his wife Rose; his son Gary; and his brother William Isaacs.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Clawson (1368 N Crooks Rd, Clawson, MI 48017). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Phil's memory, honoring his battle with the disease and his legacy of kindness, intelligence, and service.
