He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jeff On and Christine Carr On (Jennie); his siblings, Temple Lee, Jonnie Mae, Dorthy Lee, Oscar and Curtis Carr; and his children, Derryl and Danetta Carr. He was also cherished by children and a whole host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Otis also cherished the flexibility of being able to donate his time and financial resources to various charitable, minority, and religious organizations.
