He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael McGann and Mary Helen McGann (McIsaac); and his brother Eugene McGann. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia McGann (Pappas); his children, Michael McGann and Sheila Shields; his grandchildren, Michael McGann, Katherine McGann, Brendan Shields and Julia Shields; and his brothers-in-law, Peter Pappas (Karen) and Joe Pappas (Lynn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and friends and family.
