She is survived by: her children, Sheila Nowak-Kirkpatrick (Bob), Todd Tapner and Paul Tapner (Landie); and her boyfriend David Miller. She is also survived by grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

In honor of Mary's love for animals, memorial donations may be made to the Michigan Humane Society in Auburn Hills.
