He was predeceased by: his parents, James Terrell and Betty Terrell; and his brother Mike Terrell (Cindy). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Terrell; his children, Chrissie Johnson, Molly Evans (Jon), Steven Terrell and Katie Terrell (Paul Fuller); his grandchildren, Courtney, Alyssa, Cassie, Avery, Jared, Kaiden, Hazel, Ada and Aria; and his siblings, Pat Thatcher (Jim) and Jim "Jet" Terrell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
