He is survived by: his son Jackie Smiddy, Jr. (Vadette); his siblings, Hazel Headley of St. Helen and Jerry Smiddy of White Lake; and his grandchildren, Bridget and Dillon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
