He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Trabbic and Maude L. Trabbic; and his siblings, James Trabbic (Mary), John Trabbic (Rita), Margarite Shaw (Arthur) and Patricia Kwiatkowski (Richard).
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly A. Carlson (Joseph Casteel) and Cheri L. Cosnowski, Jr. (William); his grandchildren, William Cosnowski, III and Ariel M. Cosnowski; and his wife Penelope A. Trabbic. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dr. Paul A Carlson (Jerry's late Son-in-law) Memorial Diabetes Fund at the University of Washington. Checks may be made payable to the UW Foundation, Box 359505 Seattle, WA 98195 with "CARLDI FUND" on the memo line.
