He was predeceased by: his father John Perry. He is survived by: his son Roger Lee; his grandsons, Alex and Jack; his mother Virginia Tamachaski; his siblings, Laura Tamachaski (Frank), Karen Wronski (Kevin), Jackie Perry, Philip Perry and Jill Phillips (Dan); and his pet Zoey. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
