He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Neff and Eleanora Neff (Snabes); and his siblings, Stanley Neff (Cathy) and Nancy Davidson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Neff (Zubeck); his children, John Neff (Scarlett) and Mimi Toutant (Paul); his grandchildren, Tori, Josh, Blake and Vienna; and his sister Sandy Hartman (George). He is also survived by marriage to his wife.
