He was predeceased by: his father James McLean; and his sister Deb Alkema. He is survived by: his wife Jan McLean; his daughters, Haley McLean and Madison McLean; his mother Mary McLean; his siblings, Tom McLean (Kim), Jay McLean (Linda) and Karen Yost (Chris); and his siblings-in-law, Scott Alkema (Heather), Steve Perry (Deb) and Holly Nyhuis (Vernon). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
