He was predeceased by: his parents, Herm Penninga and Arlene Penninga (Marsman); his brother Jerry Penninga; and his daughter Rachel Rose Penninga. He is survived by: his wife Ann (Werkema); his children, Andy Penninga (Terra), Bethany DeJong (Andy) and Paul Jr.; his grandchildren, Melody, Maddie, Louis, Georgia and Donald; his siblings, Cheryl Feddema (Jim) and Gord Penninga (Cheri); and his brother-in-law Steve Fleming (Sandy). He is also survived by several other brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
