He is survived by: his children, Phillip Stalter, Laurie Overbeck (Jim), Donna Quillan (Dave), Alan Stalter (Kim) and Brenda Stalter; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Stalter (Katy), Rhianna Misner (Matt), Wendy Overbeck (Keith Dunham), Shannon Perkins (Chad), Jeremy Overbeck (Louise), Lindsey Possehn (Eric), Andy Quillan (Jessica), Thomas Stalter (Abby), Jamie Stalter (Noah Grawburg), Katherine and Lizzy Wilcox; his siblings, Larry Stalter, Dale Stalter (Margaret) and Carole Emory (Dave); and his parents-in-law, Charlie Stiles and Dale 'Butch' Stiles (Carole). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
