He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Ludema and Alice Ludema (DeKraker); his wife Ruth Weigerink; his son Steven Ludema; and his siblings, Jen Dewert and Peter Ludema.
He is survived by: his children, Jane Leet, Robert Ludema (Meredith) and Pat Boyink (Larry); and his sister Lillian Cooper. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Harvest Community Church.
