He is survived by: his brother Dan Heaven (Linda); his nephews, Matthew (Angie), Nathan (Tammy), Lee Peak (Terri) and Christopher Peak; his close friends, Lynne McClure (John) and Paula Zukowski; and also, Brent and Reuben Jr. Fish.
