She is survived by: her children, Matthew Smith (Stacy), Sarah Vant Hof (Christian) and Brook Mitchell (Kile); her mother Sandra Nemitz; her brothers, David Nemitz (Debbie), Danny Nemitz, Mark Nemitz (Lorie) and Paul Nemitz (Janice); and her former husband Matthew Smith Sr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Stroo Funeral Home (1095 68th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
