She is survived by: her husband Andy; her children, Andy Fugate, Tonya Fugate, Kathy Malone (Mike), Joshua Fugate (Ashley) and Jonathan Fugate; her siblings, Jodi Sobiecki (J. R.), Kim Quisenberry (late Tim), Scott Hargraves and Sheri McCallister (Bruce); and her parents, Harold Hargraves and Judy Hargraves.
