With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas E. Purves of Clarkston, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Thomas left this world on January 10, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Julie Lee (Gerald), Cindy Kreiner, Carrie Smith (Glenn), Shelley Gould (Steven) and Thomas Purves (Melissa); his grandchildren, Deanna (Sean), Brian (Lauren) of William, Kyle (Jackie), Derek (Krystle), Tom (Lauren), Joe (Katie), Thomas and Allie; and his great grandchildren, Troy, Isaiah, Evan, Trenton, Robyn, Liam, Aurelia, Annabel, Kyla, Rafferty, Elizabeth and Penelope. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lewis E. Wint and Son Funeral Home (5929 S Main St, City of the Village of Clarkston, MI 48346). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Davisburg Cemetery.
