He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stewart and Marjorie Stewart; his grandson Austin Stewart; and his brother Bruce Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Sharlene Stewart; his sons, Stephen Stewart (Dawna) and David Stewart (Teri); his grandchildren, Kyle Stewart (Lupe), Daniel Stewart and Christopher Stewart; and his brother James Stewart (Sue).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made in Stephen's honor to the Wounded Warrior Project and/or St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
