She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Robert Lowe Sr. and Alice Dean Lowe. She is survived by: her daughter Heidi Leiane Lowe of Clarkston; her brother Oscar Robert Lowe Jr. (Wanda) of Daytona Florida; her niece Leah Lucas (Daniel) of Florida; and her nephew Phillip Lowe of Florida. She is also survived by her family and friends.
