He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Lillian Ryeson; his wife Lillian; his sons, Jeffrey Ryeson (Erin), Gregg Ryeson (Michelle) and David Ryeson (Kelly); his grandchildren, Rachel, Jeffrey, Gabrielle, Chet, Gavin, Jacob, Laine, Brendan, Krystal and Lindsay; his great grandchildren, Murphy and Mac; his siblings, Evelyn Kouvatas (Michael), Gene Ryeson (Diane) and Steve Ryeson (Sharon); and his siblings-in-law, Dimitri Lazaroff (Florence) and Theodore Lazaroff (Nadine).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. George Greek Orthodox Church.
