Paula E. Acton Obituary
We bid farewell to Paula E. Acton of Clarkston, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 17, 2025 at the age of 89. Paula touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Ernest Bare and Ella Bare; and her parents-in-law, Cicero and Bessie Acton.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Phou, Jane Williams (William), James Acton and Ruth Acton; her grandchildren, Michael Phou (Elisabeth), Jonathon Phou, Antonia Kraus, Jack DeWitt and Colin DeWitt; her great grandchildren, Ella and Emma; her sisters, Linda Record and Phyllis Bare (Pedro Delgado); her siblings-in-law, Jack Acton (Joanne), Cicero Acton (Linda) and Martha Acton; and also Paula.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lewis E. Wint and Son Funeral Home (5929 S Main St, City of the Village of Clarkston, MI 48346). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the Clarkston United Methodist Church (6600 Waldon Rd, City of the Village of Clarkston, MI 48346).
