She was predeceased by: her father Ken Hasting. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd B. "Chip" Fay; her child Adrianna; her mother Virginia Hasting; and her siblings, Ken, Nancy (Steve), Keith and Kip.

Memorials may be made to St. Vincent de Paul or Salvation Army.
