He was predeceased by: his sisters, Emily Cornett and Imogene Pettyjohn. He is survived by: his spouse Rochelle; his children, Kim Williams (Rick) and Neal Scalf (Gina); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn VanNoord (Dan), Neal Scalf, Chase Scalf and Ryder Scalf; and his siblings, Oshie Coffey (late Earl), Naomi Proffitt (late Ray) and Grace Hoskins (Hobert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
