He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; and his mother Ellen. He is survived by: his father Eric Chamberlain (late Grace); his sisters, Sara Sarti (John) and Katherine Hample (Langdon); his nieces and nephews, Gracie, Johnny, Lowell and Emilia; his grandmother Lois Skeels (late Jack); and his stepchild Tiffani. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
