She was predeceased by: her brother Mark Agelink (Wendy). She is survived by: her husband Dan; her sons, Christopher Capadagli (Marque), Aaron Capadagli (Stephanie) and Drew Moultrup; her granddaughter Gabriella; and her siblings, Richard Agelink (Mary) and Jentien Swartz (David). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
